The full width living space at the rear of the property, complete with a log burner and Smart TV, features floor-to-ceiling glazed sliding doors opening onto a large sunny terrace overhanging Clearwater lake.

The modern kitchen at the front of the property, with granite worktops, comes complete with a fridge/freezer, 5 gas burner stove with central wok burner and electric fan oven and microwave. There is a dishwasher to take care of the washing up and a washing machine for your laundry.

Dining Area
The open plan dining area with a spacious glass dining table, seating 8 people, has beautiful views of Clearwater Lake, making it the perfect place to enjoy your dinner.

Terrace
The terrace, at the rear of the property, provides an opportunity to dine alfresco or just sit back, relax and enjoy the resident wildlife and spectacular views.

The fourth bedroom at the front of the property has a single bunk bed sleeping 2 further guests.
