Booking Details
Covid-19: Book with confidence, see our terms and conditions for details.
Sleeps: Up to 8 guests, travel cot available on request.
Minimum nights stay: 3 nights. Want to stay for 2 nights? Just drop us a message and we will see what we can do.
Booking Deposit: 25% at the time of booking.
Balancing payments: Remaining balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. In the case of booking within 4 week of arrival, full payment is to be made at the time of booking.
Damage Deposit: £250 (returned in full upon checkout so long as no damage has been caused).
Changeover day: Mondays & Fridays
Arrive/Depart: Check in 4.00pm / Check out 10.00am.
Parking: 1 allocated parking space with the property and further spaces available in the guest car park
Cancellations: COVID-19 continues to impact the holiday market. Please see our terms and conditions for the latest information. For all non COVID-19 cancellations; If you cancel your holiday more than 4 weeks before it is due to start, then a full refund minus your deposit will be made. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the holiday, then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
